1. Zero Telemetry & Analytics Commitment

Keyverse Open Source Edition contains zero tracking scripts, zero telemetry pingers, and zero diagnostic analytics. Your app usage, session lengths, launched profiles, and settings are never recorded or transmitted to us.

2. Local Credential & Profile Storage

All sensitive authentication credentials, Minecraft access tokens, offline profile usernames, and game configuration files are stored locally on your machine under:

Windows: %APPDATA%\Keyverse\
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Keyverse/
Linux: ~/.local/share/Keyverse/

3. Direct API Services Communication

The launcher connects directly to official third-party APIs on demand:

Mojang / Microsoft: Official version manifests, game jar downloads, asset indexes, and OAuth device login.
Modrinth: Public REST API for live mod searching and file downloads.
CurseForge: Official developer API using your optional CurseForge key.

4. Account Boundary

Keyverse does not upload, modify, or synchronize Minecraft skins or capes. Online play continues to use the account and server authentication selected by Minecraft.
